I remember crying so badly when I found out Egg Baby was deleted. I was about 8 and I was looking for it everywhere to re-install, little did I know that was the very last time I'd see my eggs. I even begged my mom to travel to the company's location and tell them to put Egg Baby up for downloads again. When Egg! came out, it was pretty neat, but it was not the same as Egg Baby at all. I got tired of it quickly and as I got older, I just began to cry again as I found out it was deleted. It's available in Amazon, I downloaded it nowadays and kept it for a while, but grew bored of it. I suspect it would be a different case with Egg Baby.

as a speedrunner, this was so frustrating to watch yet hillarious due to the banter

I never played Hey Pikmin but some of those enemies would be cool to see in the main series.

I cant remember exactly what was said but i think the explanation of the difference in the two canon Beatles armored and horned i think it was that due to changes in climate and migration of the horned variant essentially the armored variant were chased out of their own habitat or driven towards extinction and thus are now endangered its been a long time so i cant remember exactly what the piklopedia entry said but it was definitely along the lines of armored canon beetles being driven out by the migration of the horned canon beetles something like that Outside of that tho i do like how the theoretical answers to alot of these creatures not appearing in newer games is simply survival of the fittest or evolution, species dying out because of their niche environments not fitting them anymore or simply unable to breed enough to keep their population stable and given the amount of creatures in these games especially ones that are essentially mutants or crossbreeds with machinery (gatling groinks for example or likely mutations like the careening darege bug) are quite possibly just evolutionary mistakes that appeared for a time and then died out. The way these creatures theoretically came to be can definitely give us alot to think about with how this world functions its honestly really intriguing
